Please choose either ROUND 1 (November 6, 4:00pm – 6:30pm) or ROUND 2 (November 7, 4:00pm – 6:30pm). Each Child is placed in a team with another participant and the duo will compete against other teams to move to the Smiths Falls Final (November 9, 10:00am – 1:00pm)

The winners of the Smiths Falls Finals go on to compete against other teams from Carleton Place, Lanark Highlands, Perth and Mississippi Mills at the Lanark County Final (November 30, 11:00am – 2:00pm, Perth Library)

Although a child registers for only ONE of the first rounds, each child needs to be available to attend both finals – just in case!

Round 1 – Nov 6 (4:00pm-6:30pm), Round 2 – Nov 7 (4:00pm-6:30pm) & Final – Nov 9 (10:00am-1:00pm)
Lanark County Final (Perth) – Nov 30 (11:00am-2:00pm)

Competition Rules

Child must be between the ages of 9 and 15.

Team Etiquette:

• Teams must show respect to instructors, staff, and to other participants.
• Insults and cheating are not tolerated.
• Penalties range from verbal warnings to complete disqualification based on the severity of the infraction.

Spirit of the Competition

• Goal: A fun, fair, and inclusive environment for all teams.
• If an instructor deems a team or bot has violated the spirit of the competition, the instructor reserves the right to give a team a loss for one round or disqualify a team from the competition.
